Wellness Wednesdays

With the fast pace of modern life, the possibility of multitasking and continuously taking on more than we can or should handle is inevitable. Thus, it can take a toll on one’s physical and mental health which may lead to poor focus, sheer exhaustion, and a decline of a good mental health state. With this, the Center for Guidance and Counseling (CGC) seeks to provide an avenue for building balance and overall wellness to the MCM Community such as physical exercise (Zumba), mindfulness exercises, table-top activities, and using arts as a medium for self-expression that aids in developing coping skills that would promote resiliency.
