Enrollment Steps
Admissions Office
Fill out the Application Form online: https://mcm.edu.ph/apply-now/
- Submit the Enrollment Forms onsite:
- College Enrollment Forms – MMCM Grade 12 Graduates
- College Enrollment Forms – New Students
- Senior High School Enrollment Forms
- Junior High School Enrollment Forms
Registrar's Office
- Receive your Generated Schedule and Assessment Fees (GSA)
- The Generated Schedule and Assessment Fees (GSA) will be sent to the student’s email address
Treasury Office
- Pay the matriculation fees based on the Generated Schedule and Assessment Fees.
