On November 30, 2023, Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao (Mapúa MCM) held its Career and Internship Fair. The event was organized by the Office of Corporate Partnerships (OCP), With 34 registered companies as participating employers, the CIF provides graduating students and alumni with the chance to apply for on-site internships and connect with industry partners for potential job opportunities.
Leopoldo D. Aquino Jr, Director of OCP, shared that it is truly significant for students to be aware and knowledgeable of MMCM’s partner industry companies to broaden future connections upon building their career profession. He says “The Career and Internship Fair has been made available not only limited for the student community but the invitation is also extended towards its MMCM Alumni on securing the chances of landing employment.”
Guest speakers at the Career Seminar offered valuable insights into the workplace and career prospects, while the Career Fair allowed students to interact directly with company representatives, ask questions about open positions, and learn more about the application process.
