On July 3, 2024, the Learning Commons buzzed with activity as department heads, program chairs, officers, and cluster heads gathered for the ISO 21001:2018 Awareness Session led by renowned speaker Dr. Melwin G. Mende. Dr. Mende’s presentation elucidated the significance of ISO standards in educational settings, emphasizing their role in ensuring systematic processes that elevate educational outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
The subsequent day, July 4, 2024, witnessed an equally impactful online session via Zoom, where faculty and non-teaching personnel engaged in discussions led by Dr. Melwin G. Mende.
