The Human Resources Management Office oversees talent acquisition, personnel management, and organizational development, ensuring that Mapúa MCM employees are aligned with the institution’s mission, vision, and values and are committed to delivering relevant, high-quality customer service. It also implements a structured career and promotion system anchored on the three pillars of education—teaching, research, and community service—designed to recognize, support, and advance interdisciplinary scientific research across relevant disciplines.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide job placement of competent and qualified labor force whose skills and future development and cultural fit is acquired;
- Support continuous learning for faculty members and non-teaching personnel through various development initiatives related to excellence in teaching and learning, research and academic leadership, and continuous professional growth and development to provide relevant educational programs and services to students and employees;
- Enhance employees’ personal and professional cultural fit as well as promote and maintain an engaged labor force.
