GENDER PAY EQUITY

Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao (MMCM) recognizes that a comprehensive and competitive pay and benefits package is essential for attracting and retaining top talent, as well as supporting the health and wellbeing of all employees. In alignment with this, the institution is firmly committed to promoting gender equality and non-discrimination through a range of policies and initiatives.
The Gender and Development (GAD) policies at Mapúa MCM emphasize equal opportunities and inclusive practices for all employees. Mapúa MCM is dedicated to fostering fairness, transparency, and equity in compensation across all genders within the institution.
