Registrar's Office

The Office of the Registrar provides a wide range of services to the academic community. The office aims to provide services in an efficient manner that allows the members of the academic community to use the services with minimum difficulty and maximum satisfaction. Our standing policy is always to respond to legitimate requests for information or services as quickly and accurately as possible.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the collection, administration, maintenance, processing, and distribution of information. As official custodian of all student academic records, the registrar determines the access and distribution of those records based on school policy.

Pay the equivalent fees to the Treasury Office at the campus or through our Online Payment Options.

To comply with “C” grades, you must apply by filling out the online form here. 

To compute for term average, we use this formula:

Term Average = (Grade x Units) / Total Enrolled Units

We have two (2) processes for adding and dropping courses. 

  1. Revision of Course Loads – This process will add or drop the courses you are officially enrolled in. The deadline for revision of course loads is on the 2nd week after the start of classes. You may apply for revision of course loads here.
  2. Officially Dropped – This process will drop the course and will have a grade of “DRP” tag in the course that is dropped. This will appear on the academic record of the student. There will also be no refund when you have officially dropped the course. To drop the course, you must fill out the form here.

Students who want to update contact and other details must send an email to registrar@mcm.edu.ph but provide the following details first before stating the information you want to be updated.

  1. Full Name of Student
  2. Student Number
  3. Birthdate
  4. Father’s Name
  5. Mother’s Name

After providing the data stated above, please enumerate the information you want to be updated.

Students who wish to request their term or semestral grades must fill out the form here. Please use your official Mapúa MCM Outlook account.

Shifting is the process of transferring from one College program to a different program or changing an SHS strand. To shift please follow the steps:

  1. You must email registrar@mcm.edu.ph stating your intentions to shift.
  2. The Registrar will reply to your email and include the email of your parents for confirmation.
  3. The parents must confirm by replying to the email that they will allow the shifting.
  4. You will fill out the online form here.
  5. The Registrar will email you about the status of your application to shift.

Yes, we require that all original documents must be submitted to us in hard copies as well.
