OVERVIEW
Mapúa MCM’s Quality Assurance and Enhancement Office (QAEO) plays a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary processes are accurately defined, efficiently implemented, and consistently improved by department heads, officers, process owners, and supervisors. The QAEO is responsible for monitoring and advising on performances, ensuring that Mapúa MCM not only meets but exceeds customer requirements. Additionally, it actively supports the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization and is integral to formulating quality goals and targets as part of the organization’s strategic plan.
VISION
The QAEO envisions Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao to be globally recognized and respected as one of the premier schools that upholds quality standards through coherent adherence to continuous quality improvement of processes and timely provision of stakeholder requirements.
MISSION
- Proactively pursue continuous improvement of Mapúa MCM’s processes.
- Acknowledge the responsibilities and accountabilities of the members of the organization in pursuing continuous quality improvement.
- Develop a clear understanding of Mapúa MCM’s stakeholder requirements.
- Lead the members of the organization to work as a team, putting effort into providing stakeholder requirements on time.
